Where seasonal blooms meet intentional design.
Hi, I’m Toni, the founder and floral designer behind Acre & Stem. Raised on a Saskatchewan farm and now rooting in the Bow Valley, I’ve always been inspired by the beauty of the changing seasons and the landscapes that surround us. The connection to nature is at the heart of every arrangement I create.
Throughout the growing season, I design with blooms from farms in the Foothills of Alberta and the Columbia Valley of B.C. — flowers that arrive fresher because they travel less. And when the valley sleeps under snow, I bring in the most beautiful stems from trusted growers farther afield, so the studio can bloom all winter long. Either way, the season leads: when a variety isn’t at its best that week, I’ll always suggest its most beautiful cousin. Consider every arrangement a starting point; I refine it until it feels unmistakably like the person, the place, and the moment it was made for.
