- What occasions do you release collections for?
- Seasonal bouquet collections are released around the year's biggest flower occasions — including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and the winter holidays — plus the occasional limited summer drop.
- How do I order a seasonal bouquet?
- Collections are sold as pre-orders while quantities last. When a collection opens, you'll choose your bouquet and reserve it online, then select pickup in Canmore or delivery within the Bow Valley at checkout.
- When should I place my order?
- Because each collection is made in limited numbers, popular occasions like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day often sell out early. Ordering a week or more ahead is the safest way to secure yours.
- Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
- Both. Pickup is from the studio in Canmore, and local delivery is available within the Bow Valley, including Banff.
